FIXED QUOTE
We can quote a price for all the documents you require to apply to council for a building consent. Be aware that processing the drawings through council requires extra "time charge" that we cannot quote but can indicate an allowance required.
Time Charge basis
This means that you pay us for the time we spend working on your project or every hour worked is tracked and charged. It is the fairest option but does provide a degree of risk for you if the time required is much more than we all anticipated. For this reason we will provide an estimate of the hours required. Concept design- the early design stages of a project are normally completed on a time charge up basis.
Disbursements
Costs not related to our time are charged separately and in addition to the above . Usually only travel and accommodation for out of town work.
Goods and Services Tax (GST)
We are a GST registered company and all of our fees for services will have GST added.
We work with integrity and so will only ever charge you a fair market price for our work. Our past clients have claimed that we actually provided the best service for the amount charged or simply put we offered true value for money. That we are the most reasonably priced when compared to the other companies. That is because we are not here to get rich but rather to serve the community as best we can. It starts with our intentions.
